MATTHEW A. HAULK

Matt Haulk was raised in the Bay Area and is a seasoned civil litigator and trial lawyer. Everyone has the right to earn a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work without harassment and discrimination. Matt masterfully guides employment cases through settlement and trial and has forced employers to pay his clients millions for their wrongdoing. A former partner at a distinguished Marin County boutique law firm, Matt champions the rights of employees and makes sure their bosses live up to that standard.​
While in law school, Matt served as a law clerk in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, then lead by Kamala Harris, and clerked for the Hon. Judge A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court. Before becoming an attorney, Matt taught high school English in Milan, Italy.

Jose Herrera was raised in the heart of Los Angeles and brings over a decade of employment experience in California law. Jose delivers expertise and unwavering commitment to each case. His legal practice began at a distinguished Marin County boutique law firm, where he focused on management-side employment representation. A native Spanish speaker, Jose recognized the injustice faced by so many employees who lack a voice in the courtroom. He now speaks on their behalf.
While in law school, Jose served as an extern for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, and as a judicial extern at the California Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
